Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Use of Service: Downline AMS is intended for managing agents, policies, commissions, and contracts. Abuse or misuse may result in suspension.
• Billing: You are charged $1/month per active agent. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Charges are prorated based on the date an agent is added, meaning you only pay for the remaining days of the month from the time of activation. No refunds are issued once billed.
• Ringless Voicemail (RVM): By using our RVM feature, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable federal and state telecommunication laws, including the TRACED Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). RVM credits are non-refundable and must be used responsibly. You are solely responsible for the content of all voicemail messages and ensuring that recipients have provided consent where required. Abuse of this feature may result in account suspension or legal liability.
• Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate our policies or misuse the system.
• Modifications: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
